For hygienic reasons, all fragrances, perfume oils, and any opened products are strictly non-refundable anda non-exchangeable.

At OD, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full-size products with an available purchasable sample are not eligible for exchange or refund. We always recommend trying the sample first — it's the best way to make sure a scent is truly yours.

• Items purchased using discount codes, promotions, or bundle offers

• Seasonal, limited edition, or special collection items

The Only Exception: Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is different from what you originally ordered, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item.

To submit a claim:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Provide a clear unboxing or product video

• Include a brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Minor packaging variations due to temperature or transit handling are expected and do not qualify for compensation.
